Refund policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for participation in sport tours organized by RBR Sport Events, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By booking a tour, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation by the Participant:
- More than 90 days prior to the tour start date: Participants may be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total tour cost, less any applicable administrative fees.
- Between 61 and 90 days prior to the tour start date: Participants may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total tour cost, less any applicable administrative fees.
- Between 31 and 60 days prior to the tour start date: Participants may be eligible for a refund of 25% of the total tour cost, less any applicable administrative fees.
- Less than 30 days prior to the tour start date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
2. Cancellation or Modification by the Company:
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient number of participants.
- Travel advisories or restrictions issued by relevant authorities.
- Safety concerns, including natural disasters, political instability, or health pandemics.
- Changes or cancellations by third-party providers (e.g., accommodation, transportation, training facilities).

Cancellation by the Company prior to the tour start date: In the event of a cancellation by the Company, participants will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of all payments made.
- The option to transfer their booking to an alternative tour of comparable value (subject to availability).
- A credit for a future tour with the Company.

Modification of a tour by the Company prior to the tour start date: If the Company makes significant changes to the tour itinerary (e.g., change of destination, significant alteration of dates), participants will have the option to:
- Accept the modified tour.
- Receive a full refund of all payments made.
- The Company is not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by participants due to tour cancellation or modification, such as flights, visas, or other pre-booked arrangements.
3. Medical Issues and Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Refunds will not be issued for participants who are unable to participate in the tour due to medical issues, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances occurring after the cancellation deadlines outlined in Section 1. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance that covers such eventualities, including trip cancellation and interruption.
- In exceptional circumstances, the Company may consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, provided sufficient documentation is submitted. However, this is at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. No Refunds After Tour Commencement:
- No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the tour once the tour has commenced, including but not limited to missed activities, early departure, or voluntary withdrawal.
5. Transfer of Bookings:
- In some cases, participants may be permitted to transfer their booking to another eligible individual, subject to the Company's approval and any applicable transfer fees. Requests for transfer must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the tour start date.
6. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the Company's confirmation of the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Force Majeure:
- The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, the refund policy outlined in Section 2 regarding cancellation by the Company will apply.
8. Amendments to the Refund Policy:
- The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will be posted on the Company's website.
